この度みんなのギャラリーは3組の作家によるグループ展「POlyartworks | Performer」を開催致します。

日本の陶芸文化と自身のルーツであるベナンのアニミズム信仰ブードゥーの習慣に繋がりを見出し作陶するキング・ホウンデケピンク。
西洋名画や浮世絵など一度は目にしたことのあるイメージを無数のキャラクターのドローイングを集積することで再現するサガキケイタ。
2次元キャラクターのフィギュアや魚型のプラ醤油差しといった身近な素材を用い、日常における「当たり前」を解体し新たな姿形へと再構築するアーティストユニットthree。

この3組の作家による二重三重にレイヤー化された作品を、音楽用語の「ポリリズム」になぞらえ、視点の切り替えや視覚効果によって展開する作品の要素をリズミカルに体験頂ける鑑賞空間を作り出します。
　
※【 ポリリズム (Polyrhythm) 】リズムの異なる声部が同時に奏されるときに達成される全体のリズム効果をさす用語。拍の一致しないリズムが同時に演奏されることにより、独特のリズム感が生まれる。

Minnano gallery will hold a group exhibition called "POlyartworks | Performer" by three artists.
King Houndekpinkou, who finds and creates a link to Japan pottery culture and the custom of the animism belief Voodoo in Benin, his roots.
Keita Sagaki, who reproduces images that have been seen once, such as Western famous paintings and Ukiyo-e paintings, by collecting drawings of myriad characters.
An artist-unit "three" that uses familiar materials such as two-dimensional animation character figures and fish-shaped pla soy sauce saucer to dismantle everyday "natural" and rebuild it into a new shape.

This triple-layered work by three artists is analogous to the "polyrhythm" of musical terms, creating a viewing space where you can experience rhythmically the elements of the work that you develop by changing viewpoints and visual effects.
　
※【Polyrhythm】 A term that refers to the total rhythmic effects achieved when voices of differing rhythms are played at the same time.
The simultaneous performance of rhythms that do not match the beats creates a unique sense of rhythm.
